Super Fit Aerobics class will be held in the Upstairs gym of the PEC (Hotbox) on Mondays and Wednesday from 7:00 to 8:00 pm., and Fridays from 6:30 to 7:30 pm. This is a high-intensity interval workout focusing on arms, legs and abs. Participants should bring water and an exercise mat or towel. No sign-up is required but a signed intramural release waiver is needed in order to participate, the form will be provided by the instructor during class.
